What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in an inspection role associated with technical documents.
- 2+ years of experience in configuration control, documentation management, or a similar technical role.
- 1+ year of experience in the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of PLM/ENOVIA systems and documentation control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Structures, and Design teams to ensure accurate routing of new repairs, including support for First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Maintain and update the Master Drawing List to ensure all engineering stakeholders have access to current, approved documentation.
- Review technical documents with the Design Manager and design staff, processing design changes such as Design Change Requests (DCR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Design Change Notifications (DCN).
- Maintain the Enovia PLM system to ensure engineering reports and technical documents are properly stored, tracked, and controlled.
- Provide training on technical documentation and configuration management processes.
- Support special projects assigned by the Design Manager.
