From welcoming visitors and supporting leadership to managing timekeeping, you’ll play a key role in helping our teams focus on what they do best—supporting critical aviation operations around the world.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
Serve as the front-line point of contact by greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
Provide administrative support to the Executive and Management teams.
Oversee daily employee timekeeping to maintain accuracy.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
Track, order, and maintain office supply and SWAG inventory.
Support the overall efficiency and workflow of the office through general administrative duties.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Previous experience in an office, administrative, or receptionist role is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling timekeeping and payroll-related information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills.
A professional, organized, and team-oriented mindset.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
$22-$24 an hour, depending on experience.
