Who We're Looking For:
We’re hiring Avionics Technicians who are:
· Self-starters capable of performing complex installations independently with minimal supervision
· Proficient in installing/removing avionics equipment, fabricating wire harnesses, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems
· Professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in avionics installation, with a strong track record of technical proficiency
· Possess extensive knowledge of Garmin systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
· Knowledgeable in aviation regulations and SOPs, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance
· Able to meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening
· Skilled in interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents including bulletins and manuals
· Trained through a TCAA-approved or accredited avionics program; AME-E certification is considered an asset
· Experienced in leading avionics teams or projects, with a strong ability to guide and support technical success
· Bonus! Well-versed in avionics and electrical systems across major aircraft brands type an asset
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting avionics and electrical systems, including wire harness fabrication, per technical manuals and installation drawings
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting avionics and electrical system failures across various airframes using hand tools, test equipment, and technical documentation
· Ensuring all installations meet Canadian Aviation Regulations, FAA standards, and OEM, customer, and regulatory quality requirements, including compliance with applicable airworthiness and service documentation, directives, and SOPs
· Reviewing, interpreting, and following technical documentation
· Collaborating with peers and manufacturers to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring quality and timely completion
· Leading by example—mentor others and uphold high standards
